The Time has Come

“The Time has Come” (1990) is the first episode of Eyes on the Prize‘s second series. The first series consisted of six episodes that covered the Southern Movement, roughly from 1954 through 1965. The newer episodes tackle more controversial and more recent history. “The Time has Come” picks up where the earlier series left off (1964-65), but it focuses on the northern, Black Power phases of the Struggle.
