These thought-provoking and imaginative films will soon be submitted to film festivals with the support of a UCARE grant from the College of Arts and Sciences.

Please join our "Filmmaking for Social Change" Class on Thursday, April 27 for our Student Film Showcase.

Our students will share documentary and narrative shorts on aging, racism in the military, second-generation immigrants, church hurt, the environment, disability awareness, and mental health.

Students from Prof. Kafia Haile's Producing class Students from Prof. Kafia Haile's Producing class hosted "The Kickback" on Friday, October 21st from 1 pm - 4 pm. It was hosted by Emmy Cutler, Chris Darna, Mo Henson, Steven Jackson, Thomas Krouse, Dallas Norfleet, and Nya Sims. The event was a huge success and plans are being made to hold it every semester in the future as a way for students to get acquainted with one another over music, food, and games.
